A Message from the Interim Executive Director

Dear Residents, Community Members, and Partners,

As the Interim Executive Director of the Hinesville Housing Authority, I am still dedicated to the goal of providing safe, decent, and affordable housing that meets the standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We are in charge of 205 HUD-subsidized units and 26 market-rate units, and we take our job of making sure that these properties are run well, follow the rules, and are financially responsible very seriously.

Our top priorities are to keep property management standards high, make sure everyone has fair and equal access to housing, and be open about everything we do. This website and other communication tools have been updated to show that we are still working to get residents more involved, make things easier, and make information clearer and easier to find for everyone.

We know that the Hinesville Housing Authority does more than just provide housing. It means creating stable communities, protecting the long-term viability of our housing portfolio, and forming partnerships that help our area's economy grow and improve people's quality of life.

I am sure that the Hinesville Housing Authority will continue to be a reliable steward of public resources and a source of stability and opportunity for the people we serve as long as our Board of Commissioners, staff, residents, and community partners continue to support us.
